ShiftTrack Hub enables the user to designate a ‘central time' and indicate the difference in time for each centre. This allows the Workforce Manager to generate forecasts and create rosters in a central time and the distributed sites to view rosters and adjust availability in their own time.

As a local management tool ShiftTrack Hub allows supervisors to view and amend staff details and rosters. ShiftTrack Hub allows supervisors access to the Micro Roster Editor view of rosters, ensuring supervisors are better able to make educated decisions on an intra-day scale.
